These Terms set out the rules for using the finida.pl website (the “Website”), operated by Katarzyna Twarowska, running a sole proprietorship under the name Finida Advisory Katarzyna Twarowska, NIP 9710549846, Łupstych 63, 11-041 Łupstych (the “Provider”).
—Website — the online service available at finida.pl.
—User — any person using the Website.
—Qualification Form — the contact form used to express interest in working together.
—Services — the advisory and mentoring services provided by the Provider, described on the Website.
Through the Website, the Provider offers, free of charge, access to informational content about its offering and the qualification form service. The advisory and mentoring services themselves are provided under a separate agreement, entered into individually with the client, outside the Website.
Using the Website requires a device with internet access and a browser supporting JavaScript and cookies.
—Submitting the form is voluntary and does not constitute a contract for advisory services.
—The User is required to provide accurate information.
—The Provider responds to submissions within 2 business days.
All content on the Website is the property of the Provider and is protected by copyright. Copying and distribution without the Provider's consent is prohibited.
Complaints about the Website's operation may be submitted to katarzyna.twarowska@finida.pl. The Provider handles complaints within 14 days of receipt.
The Provider makes reasonable efforts to keep the Website's information current and accurate, but is not liable for decisions made by a User based solely on that information, without individual consultation.
Matters not governed by these Terms are subject to Polish law. The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms; the current version is always available on the Website.
